Billing date change may result in fees

It’s time for Comcast to remember that we pay [its employees’] salaries. All customers should turn their bills to “other charges and credits.”

The “administration fee/late payment” is deceiving; the billing date on your account has been changed. You are probably being charged a $9.50 fee without even knowing about it.

They will tell you the billing date cannot be changed, even though there are 28 different billing cycles.

I think this is an unfair practice that you need to take note of. If enough customers complain and nothing is done, FCC and the Better Business Bureau both should be notified.

Be vigilant. Your response is imperative to this cause.
