Jobs help boost Hub City economy

ROCHELLE – The city of Rochelle and the Greater Rochelle Economic Development Corp. announced that more than 600 new jobs have been created in Rochelle during the past year.

According to the City of Rochelle Economic Development office, businesses, and industries have added more than 2,200 new jobs during the last 10 years. The economic development efforts to expand the industrial base has resulted in more than $100 million being added to the city of Rochelle’s economy.
