Dixon Police

Alexa R. White, 19, of Dixon; 2:20 p.m. Sunday at Rock Island and Bloody Gulch roads; Lee County warrant for contempt of court, consumption of alcohol by a minor, and illegal transportation of alcohol; held at Lee County Jail in lieu of bond.

Tyron D. Collins, 30, of Dixon; 2:20 p.m. Sunday at Rock Island and Bloody Gulch roads; possession of cannabis, less than 2.5 grams, and illegal transportation of alcohol; posted bond and given court date.

Kevin M. Ballard, 21, of Dixon; 7:03 p.m. Saturday in the 1600 block of South Galena Avenue; retail theft, and possession of drug paraphernalia; posted bond and given court date.

Todd Hawley, 42, of Ohio; 11:47 p.m. Saturday at South Galena and Peoria avenues; Bureau County warrant for failure to appear on battery charge; posted bond and released with a pending court date.

Michelle L. Berogan, 42, of Dixon; 3:15 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of South Galena Avenue; retail theft; processed and released with pending court date.

Travis E. Shroyer, 28, of Dixon; 2:35 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of South Galena Avenue; outstanding warrant for failure to appear – contempt, nonpayment; posted bond and released with a pending court date.

Ziarah J. Haylett, 19, of Dixon; 12:40 a.m. Saturday in the 700 block of Institute Boulevard; driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle; processed and released with pending court date.

Ogle County Sheriff

Shawn Riddick, 26, of Sterling; 9:54 p.m. Friday; failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident; Riddick was treated at Rochelle Community Hospital for minor injuries after the multiple-vehicle accident in the 8,000 block of East Flagg Road in Ogle County; no one else was injured.

Jermaine Mclymount, 26, of Leaf River; Friday in the 100 block of Main Street in Leaf River; domestic battery.
