Fireworks shows around the Sauk Valley

A few fireworks shows remain across the Sauk Valley this weekend.

Dixon: The 50th anniversary of the Petunia Festival will feature a special display of fireworks, starting at 9:30 p.m. Sunday. Fireworks will be launched from the 900 block of West First Street. The Peoria Avenue Bridge will be closed for viewing, and seating will be allowed in Page Park and Dixon’s downtown.,

Fulton: Riverboat Days’ fireworks display in Clinton, Iowa, will be visible today from School Park on 10th Avenue in Fulton.

Savanna: The show will start at dusk today at West Carroll High School, 500 Cragmoor St.

Walnut: This year’s fireworks will begin at dusk Sunday at the Walnut Park District property adjacent to Bureau Valley North School on South Main Street.
