Flock Saturday to Lyndon’s annual event

LYNDON – Gates open at noon Saturday for Lyndon’s annual Crow Festival, all along the village’s First Avenue.

Drivers can bring golf carts, ATVs, lawn mowers, and other low-speed vehicles for a golf cart fun run, to start at noon. Sign-in will start at 11 a.m., and the cost is $5. A 50/50 drawing will take place, as will a raffle for a full hog. Tickets for both drawings cost $1 each or $5 for six. A pool tournament will be held, with a $10 entry fee.

Food and craft vendors will sell wares, and music will be available all day. Sign-in for a free volleyball tournament will start at 11 a.m., with the tournament to start at noon. Children will be able to take part in games, and a petting zoo will be featured. There will be a cost to feed the animals, Funky Monkey wrestling will take place.
