Program, potluck at Polo Senior Center

POLO – The animated film “Frozen” will be shown at noon June 23 at Polo Senior Center, 101 E. Mason St. Popcorn will be provided.

Other activities at the center include:

■ A PASS potluck will be at 11 a.m. June 24. Speaker Craig Bauling will talk about Australia. Participants can bring a dish to pass and their own place service.

■ Carol Wright , licensed massage therapist, will give 10-minute chair massages June 27 in the center’s Franklin Room. The cost is $7 per massage. Clients are asked to call the center to make an appointment, and to stop at the center’s main hall to notify staff of their presence.

■ The center, in partnership with Polo Public Library, will offer a book discussion group at 1:30 p.m. June 27 at the center.

■ An open mike night with ice cream sundaes will take place at 7 p.m. June 27.

■ Popcorn is available at 8:30 a.m. Wednesdays, and cinnamon rolls at 8:30 a.m. Fridays. The card game 500 takes place at noon Wednesdays, and Mexican Train dominoes are at noon Thursdays.
