ROCK FALLS – The American Red Cross provides online training in baby-sitting and first aid skills.

■ Baby sitters Basics is designed for students 11 and older. The program provides the knowledge and skills necessary to care for infants and children up to age 10, as well as to manage a baby-sitting business. The course takes 4 hours to complete, and includes videos and interactive games. The cost is $25.

■ Family First Aid and CPR Online is a self-paced and interactive course. Participants will learn to care for adult family members and others during a medical emergency, until advanced medical personnel take over. Lesson topics include how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries, sudden illness, and environmental emergencies. The students have unlimited access to the course for 2 years. The cost is $30.
