Annual hog roast set for July 19

NELSON – Who Else Entertainment will again bring its brand of summer entertainment to the area July 19 with its 43rd annual hog roast along the railroad tracks in Nelson at 126 Anderson Lane.

Black Stone Cherry, a rock band from Kentucky, will headline the event.

The main act will be joined by three local acts: Terry Cox at 2 p.m, Dirt Road Rockers at 5, and Trippin Molly at 8. Black Stone Cherry will perform at 11 p.m.

Gates will open at 2 p.m.

There will also be a ride-in bike show, a burnout contest, and beer and food vendors at the event.

Free camping will be offered for the night. All campers are permitted to bring their own beer, pop and food only for their camp sites. No fires will be allowed.

The event is a 21 and older. Organizers ask that all participants not bring any glass. Pets also are not allowed.
