Bi-County calls special meeting Thursday

Services for home-schooled, private students to be discussed

STERLING – Officials with the Bi-County Special Education Cooperative are urging all parents in the co-op’s 11-member district who homeschool or send their children to private schools to attend a meeting Thursday to talk about the district’s plan for providing services.

The meeting begins at 10 a.m. at Wallace School, 506 W. Fourth St.

The district serves students with disabilities in the Sterling, Rock Falls High, Rock Falls Elementary, Montmorency, East-Coloma-Nelson, Morrison, Chadwick-Milledgeville, Eastland in Lyndon, Erie, Riverbend in Fulton and Prophetstown-Lyndon-Tampico school districts.
