Congressional staffers to visit area

OTTAWA – Staff of U.S. Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Channahon, will have traveling office hours in the 16th Congressional District, with stops in the Sauk Valley.

Staffers will be able to help constituents on issues from veterans and Social Security benefits to Medicare and immigration issues.

Tuesday hours are 1 to 2 p.m. at Walnut Village Hall, 115 Liberty St.; 2 to 3 p.m. at Polo City Hall, 115 S. Franklin Ave., and 4 to 5 p.m. at state Rep. Tom Demmer’s office, 1221 Currency Court, Suite B, Rochelle.

Kinzinger staff will meet with constituents from 2 to 3 p.m. Thursday at the Dixon City Hall council chambers, 121 W. Second St. For more information, call Kinzinger’s Ottawa district office at 815-431-9271.
