Kenneth K. Blackmon, 28, of Sterling; 10:07 p.m. Wednesday on East Fifth Street; domestic battery, assault; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Rock Falls Police

State Police

Ullrich, 26, of Rock Falls; 5:42 p.m. Wednesday at state Route 172 and Fargo Road in Whiteside County; no seat belt, driving while license suspended, violation of bail bond, Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear – driving under the influence; posted $150 bond on traffic charges and $300 on warant, given notices to appear in court.

James L. Ballentine, 24, of Clinton, Iowa; 7:16 a.m. Wednesday on U.S. Route 30 and Sand Road in Whiteside County; driving while license suspended, speeding; issued individual bond and given notice to appear in court.
