Steven M. Armoska, 19, of Rock Falls; 11:03 a.m. Thursday at Sterling Police Department; Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of consumption of liquor as a minor; posted $300 cash bond.

Miguel Olivas, 26, of Sterling; 11:09 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of West Fifth Street; Whiteside County warrant, resisting a peace officer; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Rock Falls Police

James Steadman, 47, of Rock Falls; 2:33 p.m. Thursday; aggravated driving under the influence, operation of uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed; taken to Whiteside County Jail.

Morrison Police

Daniel J. McKenzie, 51, of Fulton; 1:50 p.m. May 3 in the 200 block of East Main Street; improper lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol; taken to Whiteside County Jail and released with notice to appear in court.

Annette S. Harms, 56, of Morrison; Monday; failure to yield turning left, resulting in an accident; issued citation.

Randy Cover, 56, of Dixon; Thursday; warrant for phone harassment; given notice to appear in court.

Jeffrey A. Neece, 35, of Rochelle; 7:07 p.m. Tuesday at Seventh Street and Lincoln Highway in Rochelle; driving while license suspended, no insurance; issued individual bond and given notice to appear in court.

Feliciano Romo, 35, of Sterling; 4:41 p.m. Tuesday at West Third Street and Avenue B in Sterling; no valid driver’s license – suspended; posted $150 cash bond and given notice to appear in court.
