Stop bullies, help victims

On TV, they tell you to go to a teacher or someone you can trust if you are being bullied.

What happens if that doesn’t work?

I have a friend who knows how it feels when the teachers don’t listen.

Bullying hurts.

It makes the person not want to go to school.

It makes it hard to learn.

Sometimes it makes the people being bullied think about hurting themselves, because nobody they talk to does anything about the bullying.

The schools need to force the anti-bullying rules of the program, and they should talk to bullies and ask them why they are being a bully – especially if the teacher doesn’t care or doesn’t believe you.

All teachers should learn what to do when a student comes to them and asks them for help.

Bullying is wrong and needs to be stopped.
