Gun club plans activities near Polo

POLO – Tri-County Gun Club will have its annual open house from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, off Milledgeville Road between Polo and Milledgeville. The public can attend. This is open to the public.

All ranges will be open. Nine different shooting sports and archery will be available. All events will have a range officer or instructor on duty. A “Women on Target Shooting” clinic will take place both days.

Raffles and door prizes, such as firearms and reloading equipment, are planned. Raffle tickets will be $5 each or $10 for three, with the raffle drawn at 4 p.m. Sunday. Winners need not be present, except to win door prizes. Tickets will be available at the open house.

A food stand will be open 11 am to 1 p.m. each day.
