Salon fundraiser to help end violence

VIENNA, Va. – Hair Cuttery has teamed up with The National Network to End Domestic Violence, a voice for domestic violence victims and their advocates, for its spring Share-A-Haircut program May 5-6 at Hair Cuttery salons nationwide.

Working through NNEDV, Hair Cuttery will donate one free haircut certificate to a woman living in a domestic violence shelter in the local community for every adult who purchases a haircut at Hair Cuttery on one of the designated days.

In its 15th year, Share-A-Haircut has benefited 750,000 million people.

Earlier this year, 50,000 free haircut certificates were donated to people in shelters.

Hair Cuttery has a salon in Sterling.
