Mark A. Webster, 21, of Sterling; 12:16 a.m. Tuesday at Locust Street and West Lynn Boulevard; possession of cannabis greater than 2.5 grams, no valid registration, no insurance, failure to secure new registration, use of unsafe tire; given notice to appear in court.

Joseph E. Kropf, 41, of Maquoketa, Iowa; 11:26 a.m. Tuesday at East Fourth Street and 13th Avenue; speeding; given notice to appear in court.

Kevin P. Sodaro, 35, of Sterling; 3:50 p.m. Tuesday at Avenue I and West Sixth Street; failure to yield at an open intersection; given notice to appear in court.

Adrian A. Rabadan, 20, of Rock Falls; 8:37 p.m. Tuesday at Avenue I and West LeFevre Road; possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams; given notice to appear in court.

Jessica M. Maves, 30, Kaleb M. Allen, 19, 15-year-old boy, and Brandi M. Miller, 18, all of Dixon; 11 p.m. Tuesday at First Avenue Bridge; failure to wear seat belt, one count each; Maves, the boy, and Miller each received a $60 individual bond, and Allen posted his driver's license as bond.

Jessica S. Buzzard, 27, of Dixon; 11:30 p.m. Tuesday at KSB Hospital in Dixon; Lee County warrant for contempt; posted bond and released with notice to appear in court.

Amber Lynn King, 21, of Ashton; 2:26 a.m. Wednesday; possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams; posted bond and given notice to appear in court.

Nathan Todd May, 24, of Ashton; 2:17 a.m. Wednesday; two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams; posed bond and given notice to appear in court.

Robert James Jensen, 71, of Compton; 9:32 p.m. Tuesday; criminal damage to property greater than $300, reckless conduct, disorderly conduct; held at Lee County Jail.

Ogle County Sheriff

Matthew Johnson, 26, of Rockford; Tuesday; warrant for petition to revoke; posted bond and given notice to appear in court.
