High water forces slough closure

FULTON – The Cattail Slough recreation area south of Fulton is closed because of high water levels.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers staff announced the closure Monday. The area will stay closed until it dries out enough to allow safe motor vehicle access and removal of debris.
