Gerald K. Russell, 48, and Lisa M. McMillin, 28, both of Sterling; 11:10 p.m. Friday at West 15th Street and Avenue I; he on Whiteside County and and Ogle County warrant, both for failure to appear on a retail theft charge, she on a Whiteside County warrant for failure to appear on a possession of a controlled substance charge. Both were taken to Whiteside County Jail; his bonds are set at $55,000 and $50,000, respectively; hers was set at $30,000; both still were in jail Saturday.
