Byron graduate enlists in Army

Trevor A. Peters has joined the Army under the Delayed Entry program.

He will report in May to Fort Jackson in South Carolina for basic training.

While in the program, Peters will learn new skills, travel and be eligible to earn money toward a college education through the Montgomery Bill and the Army College Fund.

After completion of basic training, he will advance to advanced individual training.

Peters is the son of James and Jodi Peters of Byron. He is a 2012 graduate of Stillman Valley High School.
