CHICAGO – RE/MAX Sauk Valley and its associates recently earned several honors from the RE/MAX Northern Illinois region for 2013 achievements.

The brokerage has offices at 110 E. Lynn Blvd., Sterling, and 1319 Galena Ave., Dixon,

The RE/MAX Sauk Valley Sterling office captured the award for Most Visited Website – Small Market Office.

The award goes to the office in a small market area that attracts the greatest number of visitors to its www.illinoisproperty.com website during a calendar year.

The network annually honors its top residential teams and brokers, as well as its top commercial teams and brokers.

John Rosengren, broker, owner, based in the Dixon office, ranked No. 3 among the Top 3 Commercial Teams for 2013.

Each year, RE/MAX also salutes the sales achievements of its brokers by awarding membership in honorary clubs, each recognizing an important level of success in annual sales production.

Those who earn membership in the 100 percent Club have reached an outstanding level of sales productivity. In 2013, the productivity of the average club member was more than four times that of the National Association of Realtors sales agent.

Reaching this level are Tim McCaslin, Jim Cesarek, Barbara Kophamer, Linda Kelly-Sanders, and Keith Zoeller of the Sterling office, and Rosengren,.

Executive Club membership recognizes a group of affiliates whose sales productivity is well above the industry norm.

In 2013, club members in Northern Illinois were more than twice as productive as the average NAR sales agent.

This year’s inductees are David Twining, Ed Cox, Jerry Bartlett, Gary Corwell, Brian Corwell, Chris King, and Patricia Sword of the Sterling office, along with Susie VanOosten and Tracey DeCrane of the Dixon office.

The RE/MAX Northern Illinois network, with headquarters in Elgin, consists of 2,000 sales associates and 100 individually owned and operated RE/MAX offices.
