Scott A. Strub, 52, of Dixon; 8:40 a.m. Tuesday on Central Place; Lee County warrant for order of commitment; posted bond and give notice to appear in court.

Troy L. Harris, 38, of Rockford; Wednesday in the 2000 block of West Fourth Street; arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams.
