End of life program planned in Oregon

OREGON – Serenity Hospice & Home will present “Death By Chocolate,” a free conversation about the topic of death, at 5:30 p.m. April 22 at Robin’z Nest, 117 N. Fourth St.

Sandwiches, dessert, and coffee will be available for purchase. This is not a support group or counseling session, but a place to have an open conversation about death. Possible topics include when is enough, enough; worries about overly aggressive care or not enough care; and whether more care is always better care.

Reservations are requested by Friday to Cathy or Peggy at Serenity, at 815-732-2499.
