Historical society to present show

STERLING – Brian “Fox” Ellis will give a program about Gen. “Black Jack” Logan at 2 p.m. April 27 at Bethel Reformed Church, 230 E. 23rd St.

Ellis is a storyteller and historian, who will present information about this late 19th-century general and politician. The program is through the Sterling-Rock Falls Historical Society, made possible by a grant from the Illinois Humanities Association.

The public is welcome; there is no charge, but donations will be accepted.
