ROCK FALLS – The driver of a semitrailer was injured this morning when his truck rolled over as he was exiting Interstate 88 at the U.S. Route 30 interchange.

Whiteside County Sheriff Kelly Wilhelmi said the driver, from Georgia, was taken to CGH Medical Center with minor injuries.

"He doesn't know whether he fell asleep or was just going too fast," Wilhelmi said.

His deputies responded to the scene about 5:20 a.m.
