Beef association tour leaders sought

SPRINGFIELD – Nominations will be accepted until April 1 for delegates to the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association Young Cattlemen’s Conference tour.

The Illinois Beef Association and the NCBA have partnered to develop leadership for both organizations. The YCC is a vehicle to identify and develop potential leaders.

The conference will be May 20-June 5, starting in Denver. From there, participants go to Chicago and Washington, D.C.

Applicants must be 25 to 50 years old, and be a NCBA member. Go to www.illinoisbeef.com to download nomination forms. The forms will be reviewed by the IBA Awards Committee.
