Razell D. Levy, 34, of Sterling; 2:16 p.m. Friday at Freeport Road and Lynn Boulevard; no insurance; given notice to apepar.

Corey J. Ritzert, 17, of Sterling; 10:10 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of West Fourth Street; no insurance; given notice to appear.

Ashley E. Nelson, 26 of Rock Falls; 10:26 p.m. Friday at Lynn Boulevard and Locust Street; speeding; posted driver’s license.

Carlos D. Ortiz, 33, of Lyndon; 10:46 p.m. Friday in the 800 block of West Fourth Street; one headlight out; given notice to appear.

Dixon Police

Brittney M. Dieter, 19, of Dixon; 10:28 p.m Saturday in the 1800 block of West Third Street; Ogle County warrant for failure to appear; posted bond.

Dixon boy, 15; 1:16 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of East Seventh Street; issued city citation for possession of drug paraphernalia. Arrested at the same time was a and Dixon girl, 16; issued city citation for possession of tobacco by a minor.

State Police

Jose A. Montero, 35, of McHenry; 7:50 a.m. Thursday on Interstate 39 in Lee County; speeding, driving while suspended; posted $150 bond.

Latreka Shirrain Price, 23, of Charleston, Miss.; 9:17 a.m. Friday on Interstate 39 in Lee County; speeding, Rockford police warrant; posted $170 bond and given a Lee County Court date.

Robert Dean McBride, 48, of Kewanee; 10:30 a.m. Friday at Main and Division streets in Savanna, driving while license revoked, no seat belt; posted $150 bond.

Mauricio Rodriguez-Mendez, 31, of Aurora; 9:43 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 88 in Whiteside County; speeding, no valid driver’s license, no insurance; posted I-bond.

James Alphonse, 28, of Beloit, Wis.; 11:36 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 39 in Ogle County; Boone County warrant for failure to appear; taken to Ogle County Jail.
