Final streetscape meeting Wednesday

DIXON – A final public open house for the downtown streetscape project will be held Wednesday.

The 2-hour meeting will begin at 4 p.m. at City Hall, 121 W. Second St., in the Council Chambers.

According to a release from the city, the meeting is intended to inform residents on the project’s status and to discuss the phases and traffic control planned for the project.

The overall project, which includes new sidewalks and roads, has been estimated to cost $5 million.
