Farm bill update Thursday in Oregon

OREGON – The University of Illinois Extension will offer a free informative webinar led by Jonathan Coppess, clinical U of I assistant professor of law and policy.

The program will include discussion on the commodity program choices available in Title I of the 2014 Farm Bill.

The Farm Bill Update will be offered as a statewide webinar from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the University of Illinois Extension Ogle County Farm Bureau building, 421 W. Pines Road.

Producers are asked to review the current updates that have been posted on the U of I FarmDoc website. These articles will give a background on the 2014 Farm Bill information. Go to http://farmdocdaily.illinois.edu/ to view the information
