Danika M. Morgan, 19, of Sterling; 2:45 p.m. Tuesday at 13th Avenue and East Fifth Street; failure to yield at an intersection; given notice to appear in court.

Lee County Sheriff

Brian Noah King, 24, of Alton, Mo.; 4:45 p.m. Tuesday; warrant for petition to revoke probation – unlawful possession of a controlled substance; held at Lee County Jail and given notice to appear in court.

Devan Steven Contreras, 21, of West Brooklyn; 10:26 a.m. Tuesday; warrant for contempt – non-payment of fine; posted bond and given notice to appear in court.

Ogle County Sheriff

Martha Canales, 48, of Davis Junction; 3:07 a.m. Wednesday on state Route 251; no valid driver’s license; taken to Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.

William Smalley, 43, of Rockford; Tuesday at Winnebago County Jail; warrant for failure to appear; appeared in court, issued recognizance bond, and given notice to appear in court.
