Musical performance includes songs of Brahms, Copland, and Parton

FULTON – A concert choir from Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa, will sing at 7 p.m. Thursday at First Christian Reformed Church, 801 15th Ave.

Directed by Benjamin Kornelis, the 52-member choir will perform a variety of works, including those by Johannes Brahms, Aaron Copland, and Dolly Parton.

Donations will be accepted to help defray tour expenses. The musicians are on a spring tour, with performances in Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Ontario, Canada.
