Scrap quilts star of club program

DIXON – Petunia City Quilters will meet at 7 p.m. March 3 at Loveland Community House, 513 W. Second St.

Pam Hughes, the owner of Expressions in Threads of LeClaire, Iowa, will give a program on scrap quilts. Hughes also will have products for sale at the meeting. Guests can attend for $5.

Open sewing for members will be from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the same location. Kits will be available for those wanting to make items for the fall craft sale, or participants may bring their own project.
