Sauk to help fill out financial aid forms

DIXON – Current and future college students who need help filling out the free application for federal student aid can stop each Friday until Feb. 28 at Sauk Valley Community College, 173 State Route 2.

Any student seeking to file can visit from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the college’s financial assistance office. Students can file a form, even if their taxes are not completed. If a dependent, the student also must bring their parents’ 2013 federal taxes and W-2 forms.
