DIXON – Little kids in Dixon once again will have a place to go to giggle at frolicking ferrets, squealing guinea pigs and "Finding Nemo" lookalikes.

A Pet Supplies Plus will open in May in the County Market/Shopko shopping center in the 1300 block of North Galena Avenue, its parent company, Niemann Foods, announced in a news release today.

The store will employ about 10 full- and part-time workers, said Gerry Kettler, Niemann's director of consumer affairs.

Check back for updates here, and in Tuesday's editions of the Telegraph and Daily Gazette.
