Senior Taylor Hall, 17, of Sterling, is Sterling High School’s female Student of the Month for November. She is the daughter of Kathy and Greg Hall, and has a brother, Trevor, 20, a junior at Trine University in Angola, Ind.
Favorite class: Band, because Mr. [Mike] McCoy always has great words of wisdom to share with the class, and we make awesome music every day.
Top teacher: Jennifer Drew. She is always willing to listen and give advice. She makes learning fun.

After graduation: I will attend Columbia College in Chicago to study fashion business and marketing.
