The SOTB test – what is it?

It’s the first question a candidate for any office should be able to answer, without a pause or using that old saw, “Now, that’s a good question.”

It stands for “Sweat of the Brow,” and, Have you ever done work that actually was honest work, that made you sweat?

I would suggest those writers of endorsement letters ask that question of their endorsee.
