STERLING – Nashville recording artist Ashley Buchart will lead the Ashley Buchart Band, featuring Guy Ash, when they bring their dynamic country tunes to the stage 9 p.m. Saturday night at Champs Sport Bar and Grill, 216 Locust St.

The band’s music features “blazing guitar solos, relentless rock grooves, and three-part harmonies,” according to a news release.

Since coming on the scene in 2009, the Ashley Buchart Band has been touring nationally, playing at country honky tonks, festivals, fairs, casinos and theaters.

According to a news release, the band has tallied more than 200 shows a year for the past 3 years, with plans to continue to bring their kind of country music to even more venues in 2014.

“The rock-solid stylings of bandmates Guy Ash on lead guitar, Steve Patton on drums and Chris Hartman on bass collectively help create an outstanding and unique show. We fine-tune every component and we continue to add new numbers to our repertoire with a firm commitment to provide something different every night,” Buchart said in a news release.
