Workers with R Squared Building Components of Freeport deliver a load of wall panels Monday morning to the site of the new Sinnissippi Centers property at First and Madison streets in Oregon. The building is being built by Rockford Structures Construction. The new building, at 100 Jefferson St., will have 11 offices, two group rooms, and a play therapy room for children. The target date for construction completion is June or July.
