MORRISON – Helen M. Temple, 81, of Morrison, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014, at Morrison Community Hospital. She worked for General Electric for more than 20 years, retiring in 1992.

She was born May 28, 1932, in Morrison, the daughter of John and Dora (Kuehl) Port. She married George Louis Temple on Dec. 14, 1950, in Morrison. She was a member of Emmanuel Reformed Church in Morrison.

Survivors include her husband; daughter, Sally Ward of Morrison; two sons, David (Linda) Temple and Robert (Judith) Temple, both of Morrison; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Annette Scott; three brothers, Richard, Wilbur, and Kenneth Port; and one great-great-grandson.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Bosma-Renkes Funeral Home in Morrison. The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Emmanuel Reformed Church in Morrison, with Rich Criss, ministry coordinator, officiating. Interment will be at Grove Hill Cemetery in Morrison.

A memorial has been established.
