Jamison T. Gallegos, 18, of Sterling; 3:38 p.m. Tuesday, West 10th Street and Avenue D; possession with intent to deliver cannabis, possesion of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license suspended, failure to signal; taken to Whiteside County Jail. Arrested at the same time was a female juvenile, 15, of Sterling; possession with intent to deliver cannabis, possesion of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia; given notice to appear in court.

Khondkar F. Hasan, 26, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; 9:02 p.m. Tuesday, Interstate 88 in Whiteside County; improper lane usage.

Ogle County Sheriff

Gregory E. Barrett, 64, of Rockford; 4:02 p.m. Tuesday, 8,000 block of Nort state Route 2; driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an uninsured vehicle; posted bond and given notice to appear in court.

Blake O. Larson, 19, of Byron; 1:34 a.m. Wednesday, 300 block of West state Route 64; violation of the Drug Paraphernalia Act, unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor, one headlight, expired registration, operating an uninsured vehicle.
