MORRISON – Odell Public Library, with the Morrison Forum, recently purchased a movie license, allowing films to be shown at the library, 307 S. Madison St.

The first film, “Singing in the Rain,” will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the program room. The room has been remodeled with wooden blinds to keep out the light.

The films are free, and popcorn and beverages will be provided.

Films in February will mark Black History Month. “The Help” will be shown Feb. 4, and “Lincoln” will be presented Feb. 18.

Both movies start at 2 p.m. Call the library at 815-772-7323 for more information.
