GALESBURG (AP) — Authorities say two teenagers have been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting of a 15-year-old in Galesburg.

WGIL Radio reports (http://bit.ly/1gvyORk ) 18-year-old Alex Horton was arrested Thursday night at his mother's home, while 18-year-old Brandon Kenney was arrested early Friday at a home in rural Galesburg.

Horton's being held on $250,000 bond on a charge of possession of a firearm by a felon while Kenney was charged with first-degree murder. He's being held on $1 million bond.

Authorities have been searching for the pair in connection with the Dec. 22 shooting that killed Javon Butler. His body was found in the backyard of a Knox County home.
