CHICAGO (AP) — Chicago firefighters responded to a massive warehouse blaze on the city's Northwest Side that sent plumes of black and white smoke into the air.

Chicago Fire Department officials say they had the extra-alarm fire under control by late Friday morning. Authorities say the building is a warehouse for a concrete company. No injuries were reported.

Authorities say the building is a total loss. Video from the scene showed the warehouse roof collapsing. Fire officials say there were propane tanks on the property.
