Businesses, groups help Dixon Habitat
DIXON – A group of local and area businesses recently donated money to build a storage facility for Dixon Habitat for Humanity at First Street and College Avenue.
Those donating were Ehrmann, Gehlbach, Badger, Lee & Conaidine LLC; KSB Hospital; MIdland States Bank; Dixon Direct; and LRB Distributors, Inc.
Wes and Tammi Sherman donated the land. Dixon High School building trades class students are constructing the facility, and Raynor Door Authority Sauk Valley donated and installed the doors.
