James D. Shaw

INDIANAPOLIS – James D. Shaw, 58, of Indianapolis, formerly of Morrison, died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2013, at his home. He was employed by Tru Vision for 5 years, and then by Pyrmont, both in Indianapolis, for 8 years as a computer programmer.

James was born Sept. 16, 1955, in Sterling, the son of James H. and Barbara A. (Woosley) Shaw.

Survivors include his mother, Barbara Haring of Herrin; three sisters, Pamela (Robert) Habben of Morrison, Barbara O’Neal of Sterling, and Korby (Paul) Marusich of Bloomington, Minn.; one brother, Billy (Angie) Shaw of Rock Falls; and 10 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at McDonald Funeral Home in Rock Falls. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

A memorial has been established to the American Cancer Society.
