Alleman 50, Sterling 46: The Golden Warriors led 28-21 at the half and 40-36 after three quarters before being outscored 14-6 in the fourth quarter in Rock Island.
Kiarra Harris scored 15 points to lead the way for Sterling (7-5), which also got nine points from Kaitlyn Bauer.
Oregon 60, Milledgeville 19: Sam Lambrigtsen scored 20 points and the Hawks flew out to a 17-2 lead after one quarter en route to the blowout win over the Missiles.
Emylyn Wright added 11 points for Oregon (7-3). Kayleigh Leddy scored 12 points for Milledgeville (2-10).
Prophetstown 65, West Carroll 28: The Prophets raced out to a 20-5 lead by the end of the first quarter and never slowed down against the Thunder at the Polo tournament.
Corrie Reiley paved the way with 18 points, including three 3-pointers for Prophetstown (10-2). Clare Kramer added 11 points.
West Carroll (2-6) was led by Allysha Hrovat with 10 points.
Forreston 48, Polo 27: Forreston’s Maggie Curry almost outscored the Marcos in a pool-play game at the Polo tournament.
Curry made five 3-pointers and scored 26 points for Forreston (6-5).
