The Dixon Dukes improved to 9-0 with a runaway victory Monday night at the West Carroll tournament, downing Stockton 53-29.
Cal Jarrett scored 14 points, and Kyle LeBlanc had 10 for the Dukes, who led 25-15 at halftime before outscoring the Blackhawks (2-3) 28-14 after the break. Six different Dixon players scored at least five points.
Jace Springer paced Stockton with 14 points.
Fulton 71, Fulton Unity 58: Zach Barber poured in 26 points to lead the Steamers past their crosstown rivals in Mount
Matt Dail added 19 points, and Jake Willging had nine for Fulton (7-1), which pulled away from a 40-39 lead after three quarters with a 31-point fourth period.
Warren 49, Erie 35: Nich Wildt had 10 points and Sean Maloney added nine as the Cardinals (0-7) fell to the Warriors in the West Carroll Tourney in Savanna.
Hawks lose two at home: Oregon dropped a pair of matches at the Blackhawk Center, losing 44-25 to Rochelle and 53-21 to Dakota.
Dominic Marchetti (145 pounds), Tyler Blume (220) and David Labash (285) won bouts against the Hubs, while Skylar Carlson (126), John Ghibellini (170) and Jacob Diehl (182) won against the Indians.
Sherrard 46, Morrison 29: The Mustangs won six bouts against the visiting Tigers, but couldn’t claim a Three Rivers crossover victory.
Joe Eads (106), Hunter Ferguson (145), Austin Keller (152), Austin Shoup (182), Tom Kohl (195) and Parker Zickert (220) all picked up won for Morrison.
