Danny K. Schroeder, 54, of Clinton, Iowa; 10:40 p.m. Nov. 27 on U.S. Route 30 west of Morrison; speeding, driving under the influence; posted bond and was released.

One injured Sunday in two-vehicle crash

WOOSUNG – A Dixon woman was injured Sunday in a two-vehicle crash on state Route 26 in Woosung.

Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies and Polo Fire Department staff responded to the scene. An investigation revealed that a southbound vehicle driven by Rachel Haas, 23, of Dixon, spun out because of snow on the road. Haas’ vehicle then was struck by a northbound vehicle driven by Dana McCombie, 20, of Savanna.

Haas was taken by Dixon Ambulance to KSB Hospital in Dixon with what appeared to be minor injuries. Her condition was unavailable Monday.

Four hurt Sunday in rollover accident

OGLE COUNTY – Four people were injured Sunday in a single-vehicle rollover accident on state Route 64 West.

A vehicle driven by Megan Stenzhorn, 20, of Cedarville, was westbound when Stenzhorn lost control because of snow on the road. The vehicle went into the ditch, rolling once.

Stenzhorn, two boys in the vehicle, and the front passenger, Cari Alba, 23, of Freeport, were taken to Freeport Memorial Hospital by Polo Ambulance for minor injuries. Their conditions were unavailable Monday.
