Area writers to sign books Friday

DIXON – Two area authors will sign books from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday in front of The Good Book, 113 E. First St., No. 100.

Jill Horn of Dixon will sign copies of her latest book, “The Development of a Mathematical Mind.” Horn is a math instructor at Sauk Valley Community College. Her first book, “A Change of Heart,” depicted her decision to be a missionary.

Erin Keyser Horn of Elizabeth is the author of three young adult paranormal books set in northwest Illinois. Her first book, “Eyes of Lightning,” was a RONE Honorable Mention book award winner last year. The second book in the series, “Wings of Thunder,” was released in November. Her latest book, “River’s Edge,” was released in April.
