Sterling arts group helps to decorate

STERLING – Bridge of Art, a community arts initiative, is working on this year’s Sights and Sounds window display project, “O Tannenbaum: 50 Artists – 50 Trees.

Artists have decorated tomato cage trees from recycled products for display in downtown businesses.

High school students took on the task of decorating windows.

Bridge of Art also has a holiday gift shop at 3 E. Third St., which features work by local artists.

The shop’s hours are 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
