Sign-up open for Alzheimer’s program

ROCHELLE – A program on dealing with seasonal stress while caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Dec. 9 at Hub City Senior Center, 401 Cherry St.

"Coping with Holiday Stress" will be presented by Nancy Sweitzer, program director of the Central Illinois Chapter Rock River Branch of the Alzheimer's Association. Participants will receive tips on lessening stress, how to understand feelings of loss, and strategies for new ways to approach the holiday season.

The cost is $5 per person for materials. Reservations are due Nov. 8, by calling 815-285-1100 or 800-273-3900.
